Release. Restore. Recharge.

Wellness offerings at Magic Hour focus on the connection between mind, body, and soul. Clinical research has proven that the mind-body connection is built into the brain. Every experience we have lives in our bodies and shapes how we interact with the world. Our classes, workshops, and other offerings are designed to help you explore the connection between your life experiences, core beliefs, habits, and how they impact your well-being, and find healing on all levels.

Embrace the Power of Your Magic Hour

The magic hour is the period just before sunrise when the light is soft and pink; the transition between darkness and dawn. Mystics believe the veil between the spiritual and physical world is at its thinnest, allowing for heightened spiritual experiences and magical manifestations.

To us, the magic hour represents change, opportunity, and transformation: a time to see things differently.

If you're ready to find the beauty in the changes happening in your life - no matter how painful or challenging they may be - you're in the right place.
