Group Support

We all need community. When we are facing challenges or when we're hurting, we need it even more. It helps when we can find a community of people who've experienced the same challenges, or who've overcome pain - people who have stood in the fire and come out the other side.

More flexible and connection-focused than traditional group therapy models, our groups exist to help people find connection, share, and grow. They are places where you can be real and vulnerable and not okay - but where you can find the support, wisdom, and yes, also laughter and friendship, to help you be okay.

Rewind it Back: 6 Week Narrative Workshop

Offered by Allison through Apricity Mind + Body Collective at their beautiful Prince Street location, this six-week group shows you how to challenge the stories that keep you stuck, and change the way you see the world - and yourself.

Co-Parenting Through Divorce

The marriage may have ended, but for most people, the dynamics that made the marriage challenging still exist as they try to co-parent. This group helps you process your fears, frustrations, and hopes, and provides tactics, skills, and wisdom you can begin using from Day 1 to help you achieve a truly child-centered divorce that's healthier for everyone involved. Sessions beginning in June 2025.

Independent Together: Weekly Processing Group

Open to anyone going through challenges and looking for support, this group meets weekly to share challenges and triumphs, reframe our thinking, heal old wounds, and release habits that don't serve us. This group runs 48 weeks a year in 6 week cycles, and participants can join at any time.

Cost: $200 for a six-week session.

Redefining You

Offered through Apricity Mind + Body Collective, this group is ideal for people working through major life challenges like divorce/breakups, loss, job loss or career transitions, aging, or simply what Brene Brown calls "the Mid-Life Unraveling." If it's shaken your foundations, this group is the place to find your footing again.

Wednesday nights from 6-7:30

Cost: $200 per 6-week session

What Our Clients Say

Suzanne, 48

"I didn't know what to expect from group and I was very nervous because I've never been to therapy or done anything like this before. But this group was amazing. I had no idea it could help so much, or that I'd laugh so much, or make such close connections. it has changed so much for me, and I am infinitely grateful."

Embrace the Power of Your Magic Hour

The magic hour is the period just before sunrise when the light is soft and pink; the transition between darkness and dawn. Mystics believe the veil between the spiritual and physical world is at its thinnest, allowing for heightened spiritual experiences and magical manifestations.

To us, the magic hour represents change, opportunity, and transformation: a time to see things differently.

If you're ready to find the beauty in the changes happening in your life - no matter how painful or challenging they may be - you're in the right place.
